Fresh horseradish, grated
1 Tablespoon
Worscestershire sauce

Lemon juice

Tabasco
To taste
Salt
To taste

- In a medium mixing bowl, add Carmelina ‘e…San Marzano® Organic Italian Crushed Tomatoes in Puree, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine. Season sauce to taste (adjust with additional horseradish, and salt and pepper as desired).
- Refrigerate Carmelina Cocktail Sauce for at least 15 to 30 minutes to chill before serving. Use as a dipping sauce with your favorite seafood – steamed or fried shrimp, crab legs, crab cakes or calamari. Mangia bene and enjoy!!
