15 Second Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Hummus

15 Second Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Hummus

3 cups
Carmelina Brands® Chick Pea Puree (or approx. 2 1/2 cans of Carmelina Brands® Garbanzos, pureed)
1 head
Roasted garlic
2 tablespoons
tahini
1 tablespoon
Fresh rosemary, minced
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
Sea salt
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper

Using a food processor, add all ingredients, including Carmelina Brands® Italian Chick Pea Puree, (or blended Carmelina Brands® Garbanzos) and blend for 15 seconds until hummus is smooth and creamy. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the ingredients from the side of the bowl if needed to thoroughly incorporate all ingredients. Check the flavors and adjust seasonings as needed. Transfer Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Hummus to a bowl and serve with pita, crackers, assorted vegetables, or use as a sandwich spread. Mangia bene!
