15 Second Roasted Artichoke & Jalapeno Hummus

Carmelina Brands® Chick Pea Puree
8 ounces
Roasted artichoke hearts, chopped
2 each
Jalapeno, minced
2 tablespoons
Tahini
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1/4 cup
Fresh cilantro, minced
3/4 teaspoon
Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
Using a food processor, add all ingredients, including Carmelina Brands Italian Chick Pea Puree, and blend for 15 seconds until hummus is smooth and creamy. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the ingredients from the side of the bowl if needed to thoroughly incorporate all ingredients. Check the flavors and adjust seasonings as needed. Transfer Roasted Artichoke & Jalapeno Hummus to a bowl and serve with pita, crackers, assorted vegetables, or use as a sandwich spread. Mangia bene!
